Made from the Zinfandel grape. The red skins of the grapes are left to soak in the juice until the pink color is perfect. White Zinfandel is a light bodied, blush wine with a mildly sweet finish. $6/glass $22/bottle

Foris Moscato (Oregon)

Family owned and operated by the Gerber Family since 1986. All of the Moscato grapes used in this wine are from a single vineyard which is unheard of for moscato. It is very sweet and floral with tiny bubbles. Pairs well with desserts and light food as well as with spicy foods. $10/glass $36/bottle

Valamasca Moscato d Asti (Italy)

From the famed Piemonte region of Italy. This sweet Moscato is full of honeysuckle and peaches. Pairs perfectly with desserts. $8/glass $30/bottle

The Clean Slate Vineyards of Mosel are on steep hillsides of the winding Mosel River. The vineyards are full of Slate Rock that retain the heat of the sun which is essential to the proper ripening of the grapes in this cool growing region.
