Introducing Peel Wood Fired Pizza’s Holiday Bulk Menu

Making the holiday season special just got a little easier! We are excited to announce our Holiday Bulk Menu for 2023. Catering these classic appetizers, main dishes, salads, and more gives families one less thing to think about when entertaining this holiday season.

What’s on the Menu? 

Get special bulk pricing on any of the following items for your holiday gathering.

• Toasted Ravioli: St. Louis classic toasted beef ravioli with marinara and parmesan. $15 per dozen.

• Wood Fired Wings: Available in fire, garlic, house mustard, buffalo, maple bourbon black pepper, sweet balsamic, Peel BBQ, or honey chipotle. 1 sauce flavor per dozen wings. $24 per dozen.

• Mac and Cheese: Our house-made macaroni gratin topped with fontina. $45 for 6 pounds.

• Buffalo Mac and Cheese: Our classic mac and cheese with chicken, buffalo sauce, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cream. $55 for 6 pounds.

• Lobster Mac and Cheese: Garlic butter poached lobster, parmesan cream, fontina, polonaise breadcrumbs, and fresh chives. $120 for 6 pounds.

• Sausage Lasagna: Italian sausage, marinara, fresh mozzarella, fontina, ricotta, and fresh basil. $55; serves 10-15.

• Garlic Cheese Ciabatta: Sliced ciabatta topped with garlic chive butter, mozzarella, and fresh oregano. This item comes with an 8-ounce cup of marinara and an 8-ounce cup of parmesan cream. $20 for 12 slices.

• House Salad: Mixed greens, coppa ham, hard-cooked egg, red onion, croutons, and house vinaigrette. $22; serves 8-10.

• Caesar Salad: Romaine, parmesan, croutons, and lemon Caesar dressing. $22; serves 8-10.

• Italian Chopped Salad: Romaine, genoa salami, pepperoni, green olives, red onion, fontina, parmesan, and red wine vinaigrette. $26; serves 8-10.

• Apple Gorgonzola Salad: Baby spinach, Granny Smith apples, gorgonzola, sun-dried cranberries, candied pecans, and maple cider vinaigrette. $26; serves 8-10.

• Chocolate Chip Cookie: House-made milk chocolate chip cookies baked fresh to order. $29 for 3 dozen.

All salads are packaged in large clear plastic bowls with dressing on the side. Croutons and nuts are packed separately to stay crisp, and apples are kept whole to slice at home when ready to eat. Macaroni and lasagna can be served hot or cold to cook at home.
