You can find us at our renovated historic building in O'Fallon, IL. The large area features 25-foot ceilings, a dining room that seats 90 guests, a lounge area, a 30-seat brewpub, and a 40-seat butcher block bar. The 7-barrel brew house and 8-vessel fermentation room are on view for a look into our brewing process.

Our brew follows the traditional Northern German style dating back to the 1600s. It boasts a deep copper color and is expertly cool fermented and cold conditioned, resulting in a clean taste with a subtle hop bitterness at the end. The aroma is sweet, with hints of caramel, toffee, and bread in the background. This beer has a slight dry finish and offers a smooth mouthfeel.

Our flagship brew is a cloudy wheat beer crafted with fresh orange peel and toasted coriander. After fermentation, a generous amount of blood orange puree is added to give it an easygoing and fruit-forward character. This beer is light and sweet, with just a touch of spice for a well-rounded flavor.

our take on a traditional german-style munich helles. A bright golden color and persistent white head will take you to the aroma of sweet bready malts. this beer is malt forward to allow for a bit of sweetness while the traditional german hops add a small amount of spice and citrus flavors.
ABV: 7.1% IBU: 65 Style: Hazy IPA
Our latest IPA will take you to faraway islands with the initial aroma punch of tropical fruits. Flavors of passion fruit and pineapple will wash over your palate, along with slight bitterness from our hop additions.

our take on an american craft classic, this sessionable brew sports mild citrus notes, an easygoing malt backbone, and a gentle kiss of hops. with its approachable light body, elegant straw hues, and refined American yeast strain that contributes the citrus characteristics, our Double Take will keep you looking for more.

Our Oktoberfest has a bright copper-orange color that comes from the use of toasted Vienna and Munich varieties of malted barley. A very mild hop aroma and bitterness comes from the use of traditional German noble hops
