Peel's Perfect Manhattan


Peel’s version of one of the most iconic cocktails ever made. With rich history and a smooth taste, this Manhattan is made with Premium Bulleit 95 Rye, equal parts of Sweet and Dry Vermouths, a few dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, and a hint of cherry juice.

Espresso Martini


The espresso martini begins with premium brand coffee beans that are ground and steeped in our French press. We then combine a shot of the yielding espresso to Wheatley Vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, and a dash of heavy cream. It is then hand shaken to perfection and served in a tall stem martini glass.

Red Hammer


Our 13 ingredient house made Bloody Mary mix combined with Wheatley Vodka, and a sriracha house rub rim. Garnished with a wood fired Applewood bacon strip, celery, pepperoni, gorgonzola stuffed olives, and a sliced jalapeño.

Peel Paloma


Refreshing and bursting with grapefruit flavor. Made with premium Patron Silver Tequila, grapefruit and fresh squeezed lime juices, and a slash of Peel’s Perception NEIPA.

New York Sour


A unique Sour cocktail combining bourbon with red wine. We start with Weller Special Reserve, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a touch of sweet and sour, and finish with a float of Pinot Noir.

Clover Club


A lighter and very drinkable concoction for the lighter palate. Bombay Sapphire Gin, Chambord, a hint of raspberry puree, and fresh squeezed lemon juice make this a must have.

Diplomatico Daiquiri


The classic Daiquiri begins with a quality aged rum. We use Diplomatica Reserva Exclusiva which is aged for up to 12 years in bourbon casks. The addition of Cointreau, sugar, and fresh lime juice completes daiquiri that is served on the rocks only.



The Negroni begins with a chilled glass rimmed lightly with fresh orange peel. The combination of Nolet’s Silver Gin, Campari, and Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth is then stirred and not shaken with ice. Elegantly filtered over light rocks with an orange peel.



A New Orleans Classic that has a potent charge and is not for the faint of heart. We begin with a rocks glass rinse using Lucid Absinthe Superieure. Minor Case Rye Whiskey, pure cane sugar, and Peychaud’s bitters completes this classic. Served over ice or without if you prefer.

Winter Sangria


The Winter Sangria combines fresh fruit, Gran Marnier, E&J Brandy, and Avolon Cabernet. The addition of ginger, pomegranate, cranberry juice, and rosemary make this holiday sangria a delight.

Apple Cinnamon Mule


A very flavorful mule made with Fireball Whiskey, Apple Schnapps, fresh squeezed lime juice, house made ginger simple syrup, and Peel’s Alterior Motive.

Irish Mule


The Irish Mule is made with Bushmills Irish Whiskey, a splash of creme de menthe, fresh squeezed lime juice, house made ginger simple syrup, and topped with Peel’s Double Take Blonde Ale.

Peel’s Moscow Mule


Wheatley Vodka mixed with lime juice, house made ginger root syrup, fresh squeezed citrus and our very own Cream Ale gives this mule an added punch.

The Kentucky Mule


A refreshing substitute with the traditional Moscow Mule replaces Vodka with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is nicely mixed with fresh ginger root syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Peel’s Belgian Strong Ale.
