One of the first documented definitions of the word “cocktail” was in reference to this concoction in 1806. Peel honors this potent but smooth classic with the O’Fallon Fashioned made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, pure cane sugar, fresh fruit, and Peychaud’s
aromatic bitters.

The Brew Co. Mule is a unique mule exclusively designed for the O’Fallon Peel location. Made with Southern Comfort and Melon Liqour, this version utilizes not only our house made ginger and simple syrups, but our Blood Orange Wheat as well.

Peel’s Moscow Mule

Ole smokey moonshine mixed with lime juice, house made ginger root syrup, fresh squeezed citrus and our
very own cream ale gives this mule an added punch.

The Kentucky Mule

A refreshing substitute with the traditional moscow mule replaces vodka with buffalo trace kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. It is nicely mixed with fresh ginger root syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and peel’s belgian strong ale.

Copper Ridge White Zinfandel (California)

Made from the zinfandel grape. The red skins of the grapes are left to soak in the juice until the pink color is perfect. White zinfandel is a light bodied, blush wine with a mildly sweet finish.

Electra Moscato (California)

Soft and sweet moscato bursting with luscious flavors of honey, peaches and orange blossoms. Pairs well with desserts, light fare and spicy foods.

Valamasca Moscato D Asti (Italy)

From the famed piemonte region of italy. This sweet moscato is full of honeysuckle and peaches. Pairs perfectly with desserts.

Leonard Kreusch Mosel Riesling (Germany)

This classic german riesling is very crisp, yet floral and sweet. It is full of green apple and pear. Pairs perfectly with spicy, poultry, pork and salads.

Clean Slate Riesling (Mosel, Germany)

The clean slate vineyards of mosel are on steep hillsides of the winding mosel river. The vineyards are full of slate rock that retain the heat of the sun which is essential to the proper ripening of the grapes in this cool growing region. This semi-sweet riesling is full of peaches, crisp lime and the perfect balance of minerality (from the slate rock).

Rombauer Chardonnay (Carneros, California)

Think “big butter” and lots of oak, juicy peaches, pineapple and vanilla. Intense fruit with fresh acidity. This wine is 100% chardonnay and spends 9 months in oak. This is one of the most sought after chardonnay’s in the world.

A beautiful red blend of grenache, petite sirah and syrah. This “cult” wine bursts with a menage of dark fruit and mouthwatering jamminess. It is remarkably fresh on the pallet with a soft, elegant tannin profile.

Duckhorn Napa Merlot (Napa Valley, CA)

The benchmark for napa valley merlot. Aged 15 months in oak, this is a powerhouse with bold tannins and layers of amaretto, sweet spice and cedar.

Big Sky Brewing Co. Moose Drool

Style: Brown Ale | ABV: 5.1%

A malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet.  The aroma also mostly comes from the malt with a hint of spiciness being added by the hops. Moose Drool is brewed with pale, caramel, chocolate, and whole black malts; and Kent Goldings, Liberty, and Williamette hops.
