O'fallon, IL This is the best pizza that I have ever had outside of NY. The atmosphere is wonderful the host and waitress we had was extremely helpful I went 2 days in a row. I will be making my way through the entire menu

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad
I've had this numerous times at this location and it's always on point. It's not easy to cook fish as it can get overdone in seconds but the salmon is consistently seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dressing is very good too!
Blackened Shrimp Linguine
It was excellent! We had it once before, but it was taken off the menu for a while. We were so glad to see it is added back on the menu. Delicious! Hope you keep it. One of my favorite dishes anywhere. Excellent service!
Prosciutto Involtini
These were more than enough to make a meal as I did, or would be a great shared appetizer. They are served with their delicious Parmesan Cream. Marinara, and an oil. They red sauce and Parmesan were my favorite. They have just enough cheese and prosciutto to impart flavor into the bread surrounding them. Definitely something I would order again as they were really really good, however, I have not come across anything at peel that I have not liked.
